How will the Delivery be done?

Most of our deliveries are handled by Our Delivery Team.

You are advised to pay (via Mobile Money, Credit Card, or cash on Delivery) for your order to utilize our Buyer Protection Program.

Certain deliveries may be fulfilled through well-known courier services (with no additional cost).

What is the estimated delivery time?

Standard delivery time is within 24 hours ( same day ) & 1 to 2 Business days; however, this may vary by location and product. Delivery times for products are usually indicated on the product detail page.

Refund Policy

Our return and refund policy is valid for 7 days. We cannot provide a complete refund or exchange if seven days have elapsed since your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the product has to be unused and in the same condition as when you first received it, and it must be in its original packaging.

Certain items, including perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, cannot be returned. Additionally, we do not accept intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
