Processing takes place within 24 Hours or 1-2 business days for orders far from central region, Monday to Saturday.

Last order time: 5:00pm EAT (Kampala Time) UTC/GMT +3 hours.

Transit time:

Expected delivery time: 24 hours or 1-2 business days for orders far from central region, shipped Monday to Saturday.

Delivery times are estimates and are subject to change.

Orders placed outside these hours will be delivered the next business day.

You’ll receive a separate email with real-time tracking information once your order is ready for delivery.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping options.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We accept returns for unused and unworn items in their original condition within seven days of delivery.

A full refund for the order amount will be issued, excluding return shipping costs.
